Overview
The Field Operations and Records Management (FORMS) II Lite Version 5.1 software was released in August 2002. This is the most user-friendly version of the software to date, with features allowing you to transfer data among PCs, track additional measurements data, and customize more settings. Contact us to obtain your copy today.

If you have just heard about the FORMS II Lite software, read the Feature Sheet to learn more. For details on the enhancements available within Version 5.1, refer to the Version 5.1 Release Notes. Learn more about how to use the software by viewing the User Guide.

FORMS II Lite software is developed and maintained by Sample Management Office (SMO) for EPA under GSA Contract GS-35F-4694G.
