FORMS II Lite Version 5.1 software (released in August 2002)
This release of FORMS II Lite makes the software fully compatible with Microsoft Windows XP and 2000. There have also been several interface changes that make the application easier to use. For a full list of the new features in Version 5.1, download the Release Notes.

Maintenance Release 1 (MR1) was released on May 4, 2001.
This release fixes some bugs present in the dBase and text export functionality, as well as in the Wizard section. We have used this opportunity to provide some new features such as a Sampler Comments Report that prints out the comments for each sampling location, an Edit Labels feature accessible from the Label Preview Screen, a Sample End Date/Time and Received By Date/Time that now appear on the Traffic Report/Chain of Custody (TR/COC) Records, as well as some additional  enhancements. For details, see the MR1 Release Notes.  If you have Version 5.0.064 which was sent to users on March 1, 2001, please download the upgrade.  Check the CD itself or the About Screen within the application if you are not sure which version you have.

FORMS II Lite Version 5.0 software (released on February 28, 2001).
Users can now revisit a sampling site multiple times without having to rename the site with a unique name; choose to have the Station Location only, or both the Station and the Station Location appear in Step 4 through user preferences; export FORMS II Lite Version 5.0 software data to another machine; and import FORMS II Lite Version 5.0 software and Version 4.1 data into Version 5.0 through the Import/Export function. Previous Versions

FORMS II Lite software Version 4.0 (released on February 2, 2000).
Version 4.0 has new enhancements such as Password protection for User Preferences and Reference Tables; Preliminary Results support for any turnaround time; the ability to delete a bottle before printing TR/COC Records; and more features requested by our users in various Regions. Version 4.0 Release Notes are now available. Please read the installation instructions carefully if you have a previous beta version installed on your PC.

FORMS II Lite software Beta Version 3.0 (released on November 8, 1999).
Version 3.0 has new enhancements such as a TR/COC Record Export function, TR/COC Record archiving, a quick label generator, an Assign All Analyses button, one-click label/tag printing, a duplicate Station Location button, and more features requested by our users in various Regions. FORMS II Lite software Beta Version 2.1 (released on May 18, 1999).
Version 2.1 Release Notes can be downloaded and viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

FORMS II Lite software Beta Version 1.0 was introduced in November 1998.
